There are many different design and remodel companies out there. So, what makes us different than those “other” companies? Why Kitchens Unlimited? I would say it’s because, “we are totally awesome!” but maybe you want something more concrete than that 😉 We develop relationships with our clients and our service extends long past the standard “big box store” return period. Life does not always land within a 30-60 return policy.
A recent example of our service level comes from our client, Caryl. She remodeled her kitchen with us in 2004. (Yup, it’s been way more than a couple years. In fact, Kitchens Unlimited had a different owner back then!) Caryl had become frustrated with her leaky faucet. Her plumber told her to find a new one. She had started looking and, once again, became frustrated finding a suitable replacement…
Caryl gave me a call about helping her pick out a new faucet. Wow, did I have awesome news for her! She had bought a faucet with a lifetime warranty. This meant she didn’t have to get a new faucet at all. We were able to get the parts at no charge, and sent right to her.
Not only had it been a treat chatting with Caryl but I always love when my clients get to see their initial investments pay off! This is why we recommend quality! (A quality faucet will live long past the cheaper options, and when/if it has a problem you can get new parts for free!!)
To my surprise a couple weeks later I received this e-mail. I can keep telling you week after week how totally awesome we are but figured it might be more of an impact to hear it from her =)
