Thanksgiving is quickly approaching! Yup. Hard to believe but it is less than a week away.

 

As you are frantically trying to clean up the house and bracing yourself for awkward family dinner conversations. Try to reduce your stress by precooking this super easy and yummy recipe that is one of my favorites from my childhood. Watch out or it may be requested every year!

 

Raspberry Jello

2 – 3 oz. pkg raspberry jello

2 – 10 oz. pkg frozen raspberries

1 cup applesauce

2 cups sour cream

2 cups tiny marshmallows

 

Directions:

Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add frozen raspberries and stir until thawed. Stir in applesauce. Pour into 11×7 dish. Chill. Combine sour cream & marshmallows. Cover and chill 1-2 (or more) hours.
