The other morning it was a crystal clear morning, as I left to go meet a client. Suddenly, halfway to my destination, I could hardly see the car in front of me. I was surrounded by a big thick bank of fog. I could see nothing in any direction, and it was disorienting. I had to slow down and be cautious so I didn’t loose the road. Finally, I saw a car ahead and it gave me a sense of perspective and feel for the road that lay before.
This got me thinking. Many people feel this same sense of disorientation in their remodel projects. You started off thinking you knew your path but you got lost and are now have trouble figuring out which way to go. You have to slow down and sometimes stop just to know which way you are going. It can be overwhelming and isolating.
But just like the car that was ahead of me you can get help. Working with a designer on your project can give you clarity and help you find the road again.
If you or someone you know needs help out of their construction fog, have them give us a call. It is never too late to get back on track.
